Spiritme closing but they did not even work for almost a year . I never saw any effort ( Zlich ) from them to address issues I strongly urge AppSumo to check the financial health of vendors listed here. Not blaming anyone but I think some founders are just coming here when funding has dried up & need money to keep them alive for a year . That’s fine but they need to disclose that they are in ICU. Reel craft did a second campaign recently & now Spiritme. I get a feel Spiritme knew a year before that they will close but did not disclose it to us . Should we not claim damages ? Getting back the money we paid alone , is not enough . These practices should stop because we are using products purchased from AppSumo for our customers and then they go bust after mowny form AppSumo campaign dried , it’s our credibility that will be questioned.
Agree 100%, I rarely used these new tools for production because my reputation is worth much more than the LTD cost. I often lose the LTD cost nowadays, but at least I don't make a fool of myself or waste my precious time. Appsumo need better procedure because otherwise 1 year protection is not enough, we used to have so much more than that. Now it became a bad practice for some vendors.

I am also, waiting for a considerable period beyond the 60 days refund sometimes 6 months, check founder fit, their response, attitude, to see if I can safely deploy those tools & only after am convinced the risk is low, I deploy. Huge Financial Risk on my part, but like you exactly put it , reputation risk is high vs LTD cost/benefits.

Is this true ? Dont we get access to all future updates ? I notice now in AppSumo you have mentioned “all future advanced plan updates “ . I can’t find a plan named advanced in your website . If these are cheap tactics to upsell just let me know by today and I will return my Tier 5 . I don’t bother to even testing. It’s your intent which is equally important vs stability of your product.
