We do have a feature request to make avatars from photos on our roadmap: https://feedback.spiritme.tech/roadmap/make-avatars-from-photo-like-sadtalkerd-idetc. While it is currently under consideration, there's a high likelihood that we will take it on. However, this would only be available in a few months, and I can't provide a guarantee at this moment that we will implement this feature.
