Q: I posted this on Discord but did not get a response, so posting the question here to gain clarity.

I bought Tier 3 and was going to use my free Lite Avatar but did not record it yet because I was waiting to feel more confident in my "look" since it can't be re-recorded. Then with the AppSumo Day I decided to upgrade to Tier 5 and pickup a Pro avatar. When I logged back in I noticed my Lite Avatar I could use has been removed. I'm not sure I would have done the Tier 5 upgrade had I known that you all were going to remove what I already had. I am hoping that you can restore my Lite Avatar as I am hoping to to start using your service, especially now that I jumped up to Tier 5 with you all. Please advise on options forward.
