1. Solve the lip sync problem.
2. They will and facial animation and voicing of illustrations, as in D-ID.
In my opinion, it would be a huge omission not to add this functionality to Spiritme, since animated photorealistic avatars have high competition (quite a lot of projects on the market), but there are no projects that allow high-quality animation of illustrations.
And since you ALREADY have developments in the direction of facial animation, which could, with some refinement, be transferred to the facial animation of illustrated characters (here, in my opinion, it would be important to take into account that animated characters are not only people, but also animals, monsters, aliens, etc - so the face grid with key points for animation should have a flexible setting), then it would be it's stupid not to use it.
