- Hello, I recently tried adding my root domain to my account and while I can tell the dns has changed, splitmat still says: The domain is not setup. Please add the following record: I have tried reaching out to support but nothing so far. I have turned off edge caching just incase it's interfering. Is there something else I need to do?
