I have been uploading videos and the Spokes and their downloads have not had synched audio. I have checked the uploaded videos and the audio is in sync before putting up to generate a spoke. I've dropped this issue into the help blurb but haven't had a response as to what's going on. This is a newer issue as it never happened with my previous Spokes. Thank you!

I'm not sure what's happening with the app, but it's saying that I have to get more credits to handle my transcription. I purchased the Unlimited Transcription when I purchased from AppSumo.

Can you make the correction to my account and unlock the unlimited transcriptions? I purchased all three tiers, but for whatever reason, the chat mode on the app, doesn't seem to be responsive, can't figure out how to get past the glitches, and need some help so I can stay productive using the tool.

Please let me know how best to reach you all and get a response.

what the means of "Unlimited machine transcription hours per month"?

and when teams Collaboration release and is there any difference in each tier for that?

Hi,

Unlimited means you can record, and upload unlimited videos on Spoke!

When we add teams nothing will change on your account.

What is your concern about team members more precisely?

Hi, I just bought your product (Tier 3)

I downloaded the app and installed it. It did not work. Continued to stop my Mac affecting its performance and saying that the Spoke app was not responsive. I had to uninstall it and my Mac got back to working just fine.

My Mac is a M1 silicone Mac. Is your app optimized for M1 Macs? Is this a known issue?

Please let me know. I haven't been able to use your product and I am thinking about asking a refund if there in no fix for this.

That's not normal. Indeed we don't have an m1 optimized app yet. We should release that soon.

Anyway, It is because we didn't upload a Mac M1 version of the app yet

We plan to release it within the next 2 weeks
