How does this impact / translate for the “professional transcript”?
Previously, using the 27hs, it would translate to 9hs / month professional.
I understand for "unlimited" is hard to sustain the offer, is there a max no of hours included? (ex keeping 9hs max as per initial plan)
Super cool the Zoom integration for meeting transcript. Have used it and is easy.
Is there any option to limit Spoke joining the meeting visibility only to our side?
Instead of explaining to all others that this is a virtual machine joining? Thks for considering.

PS the meeting transcript is a needed feature for virtual meetings and Spoke is opening the Future. Thinking too much might transform into Regret... Trusting a French start-up? 100%

As regards the upgrade of your account from 27h / month to unlimited - my pleasure :)
You previously had 3 hours / month of prof. transcription (and not 9!).
As some previous sumo-lings were vocal about keeping those hours, we will activate them again during the week - on a ask basis! I suppose you're in the ask group :)
When it comes to Zoom, there is no option to limit the visibility / presence of the Zoom bot. That's only possible on webinars. We're legally obliged to keep the name "Recorder" with the bot - but could create an interface saying "Eduard's meeting recorder and note taker", or something of the like.

This way avoid any customization.. if not, just Transcript Assistant should be clear enough.
