Q: I just got the email today that Spoke is ending their service.
I have integrated it so far into my business that I'm super frustrated to lose it. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions for other programs like it?
(Features I most use: I have interviews with clients and then I like to highlight the transcript and use the AI summaries of the portions I highlight. Anything else out there like that?)

I'm sick about it too! I'm looking for an alternative as well. To be honest, I can't see why this procut would need to end based on how simple it was. I was able to just get the transcripts from videos and then upload the transcript to ChatGPT then prompt it to with the questions that I had in Spoke. I got a pretty similar outcome but I had to do the manual steps of getting the transcript and then uploading it instead of it being a single step. Be careful, this entire page is likely to dissapear soon. I've noticed that happening in the past when a LTD disappears. So I screenshot everything.

I just tested CastMagic and it seems to do a similar job. I'm weary of investing heavily moving forward. I've taken too many Ls.

I didn't notice the email but when I logged in the message said they were ending service for their NONRECURRING plans (or something like that). It implies that they're NOT ending service for others. Does anyone know what that means?

Did any of you get your recordings emailed to you? I filled out their form well in time, and nothing was sent. It doesn't even look like I can download them one at a time right now. :(

I remember writing to Appsumo support well over a year ago. Appsumo basically told me that I was out of luck and would have to eat the loss, i.e. "it is now well outside of our 60-day refund window and we're not able to offer a refund at this time."

IMO- The Spoke team has kept its product going through 2025 but **only for subscribers who provide Spoke monthly recurring revenue**. They are likely trying to minimize expenses, and therefore cutting service to LTD subscribers.
