Really dissapointed. The product was promising at the beginning. It had bugs and from time to time, uploading or downloading your recordings could be a challenge, same as recording. When processing the videos, Spoke would break and to recover videos in the process was quite difficult or impossible.

All in all, at the beginning it seemed something that could be adressed in time. But, unforuntately, the app just got worse. After a period of time, the customer support that was not good, became worse or non existent. And the final nail in the coffin, as much of the other customers have already said, removing key features from the app without previous warning and with bland excuses.

The system audio recording feature was removed with the excuse that lots of customers where not intelligent enough to differenciate the system audio from the actual audio of the microphone. Can you believe it? Well, that was the excuse given when I asked why the feature was no longer available. After checking the request center of Spoke, I noticed that there was not a single claim for that feature to be changed, removed or relabelled. On the contrary, there were already some customers asking for the feature to be recovered.

This was an example, you can read a lot more. Obviously, the removal of the screen recording feature and the ability of uploading videos is the final stage of this terrible joke of an app.

I do hope AppSumo does something about it, because when you purchase a Lifetime Deal and you invest a lot of money in an app, you expect things to improve, not to get worse. Any sumoling can understand that some things can change from the original deal, plans can change a bit. But not this way. It's unacceptable.
