I paid top tier for this. It wasn't the best but was usable. I also paid top tier for Perfect Recall which "died" after a year.

Spoke - how come you changed features without notice?
1) No more screen recording.
2) Can't upload video anymore - must be a live recording.
3) Put Bot in - OMG - how come there's a Spoke logo above my name. I am supposed to upgrade to monthly plan to remove it?
4) I checked my Plan - now it's showed as No Plan :( How come?
5) I checked the Plans list - now apparently anyone is free forever - so what happened to my Tier 3 plan? You have new monthly plans now and want me to pay?
6) Contacted Help Desk few times. Zero response.

This is sooooo maddening.
