Spokk Exceeds Expectations
I concurrently evaluated two review platforms on AppSumo and Spokk was the product that impressed me the most. Samesh was great helping with my onboarding. I like how customizable the platform is. It reduces the friction in customer feedback and reviews with AI taking the customer feedback and turning it into a review that gets noticed online. It's early innings but I have seen an increase in positive reviews and expect it to reduce the negative reviews as well due to the customizable nature of the product. I am excited for some of the upcoming features like being able to create a wall of love on my website and automatically post new positive reviews on the web page. Samesh was also open to adding conditional logic in the review intake form to help collect more details regarding customer issues brought about by their feedback. I like the current state of the product and am excited to see where Samesh takes the product in the future.

Good tool, but missing a key piece for local businesses
Spokk does what it says — generates nice reviews. No complaints there.
The problem? Customers don't actually copy and paste those reviews onto Google Business Profile 😅 As a local business owner, I need reviews to show up on Google, not sit inside Spokk. The generated reviews are basically useless if they never make it to the platform that actually drives foot traffic.
Would be a game-changer if there was a way to push reviews directly to Google Business Profile, or at least a smoother nudge that actually converts.Good concept, just needs that last mile for local businesses like mine 🇮🇪

Registration issues - but great support
I had some registration issues which can happen. More importantly, things were resolved in a chat session. Support didnt say check with Appsumo but solved it on their end - very proactive. Now that I have used the platform I have been really impressed with Spokk.io. The platform is intuitive, fast, and clearly built with real users in mind. Setting everything up was straightforward, and the overall experience feels smooth and reliable. It is a great solution if you are looking for something efficient without unnecessary complexity.
