Using this has been really smooth and quick for my business needs. I went with the Tier 4 plan, and it's working well for both my clients and my own services. If you’re considering it, getting the highest tier now seems like a smart move—you might regret missing out later.

I've been using Spokk and it's been really handy for collecting feedback quickly. The AI-driven review drafts are neat, and setting it up was a breeze. I do wish there were more options to customize where reviews are posted, like on client landing pages. Support's been solid, and I see a lot of potential here for agencies.

I was on high hopes when buying this tool. Now I must say, the UI looks polished on the surface but it did not fulfill my needs as I hoped when it comes to logical handling:
- Why can't I create unique link as advertised without a phone number - but with an api call I can?
- Not able to adjust tonality & tone and content of the reviews written
- No logic when it comes to review settings
- I did not understand the "services" and what they are good for?
- Branding is always visible

Absolutely amazing piece of software and if you are involved in offering your clients SEO and helping them get more 5* Google reviews - then you must invest in Spokk before it goes away. I've purchased a lot of AppSumo products but Spokk is definitely in the Top 5. It's not perfect but pretty close to it - and I'm looking forward to seeing the direction it takes in the future. Spokk Feedback also gives me an extra SaaS service that I can offer my SEO clients and impress the heck out of them. I use the word "Game-Changing" very rarely and very carefully, but I believe that with regards to gathering Google Reviews and the whole business of offering Reputation Management then Spokk is a Game-Changing product. You won't be disappointed!
