Here's a few things that other businesses do:
1. Set up the automation -> it helps increase the number of responses you get -> also has reminders and referrals built it.
2. We recently released a new review reminder automation that follows up with customers who left feedback but never clicked the Google review link. This is essentially the nudge you mentioned in your review.
3. Make the thank you message in the classic form more detailed, this is something other companies do - "We’d greatly appreciate a Google Review. When the Google page opens, paste your review into the text box (right-click or Ctrl + V) and click Post. Thanks!"
4. Another important fact is that you can incentivise feedback via Spokk but you cannot incentivise google reviews (against policies). People would already take a step towards giving you feedback so the push from the feedback to leaving a review is much smaller than getting a review written from scratch.

Here are a few reasons why people don't post on Google from Spokk
1. They think the review has already been posted after submitting their feedback. In this case, the reminder automation can help. We recommend mentioning that their review is already written for them and just needs to be copied and pasted.
2. They just didn't want to - honest brutal truth. People are willing to give feedback but leaving a public review is kind of a civic responsibility. Maybe they had something lacking in their experience that stopped them from leaving the review. Use Spokk internal follow ups to try and find the root cause or give them a coupon to get them to come back and provide an even better experience.

Final thoughts
