I concurrently evaluated two review platforms on AppSumo and Spokk was the product that impressed me the most. Samesh was great helping with my onboarding. I like how customizable the platform is. It reduces the friction in customer feedback and reviews with AI taking the customer feedback and turning it into a review that gets noticed online. It's early innings but I have seen an increase in positive reviews and expect it to reduce the negative reviews as well due to the customizable nature of the product. I am excited for some of the upcoming features like being able to create a wall of love on my website and automatically post new positive reviews on the web page. Samesh was also open to adding conditional logic in the review intake form to help collect more details regarding customer issues brought about by their feedback. I like the current state of the product and am excited to see where Samesh takes the product in the future.
