Spokk is great so far and the founder has been extremely responsive. Just starting to get set up with it and ran into a few kinks. To date, Samesh has helped resolve all of them.

Truly hope this helps us get more reviews. Just sent out our first requests today; we'll see who responds. (Love that a QR code is generated to use instead of the review link if we want, too.)

In practice, it seems like the concept needs a bit of explanation before we sent clients, since it's SO new. Literally NO ONE ELSE is using this that I've seen. So I explained that "a review would be generated from their initial ratings, which they can edit, paste into Google (our location choice), or answer a few short Qs to get a more customized review to paste." Felt like just sending them to the rating page without that preface would've been bad practice.

With such a novel concept as an "AI generated review," we wanted to explain what to expect, so so they didn't feel like "we'd given them a review to paste into Google." If that makes sense. I also explained that we're seeking their *honest* feedback, not "5-star reviews."

Anyhow, appreciate that the UI is clean and attractive. (And FAST. So many of the tools I've tried from Appsumo are slow as molasses!) It's lacking a few basic functions -- like deleting locations after you added them, and editing some elements you expect to be able to edit -- but writing support has gotten replies in <24 hours (often w/i minutes), so not a huge issue. (Resolutions actually, not just replies.)

I look forward to seeing how this tool develops and grows, but honestly it's already amazing right out the box. One of my top buys from Appsumo to-date. Looking forward to continuing to test how to incorporate Spokk into our workflow, to maximize the changes we'll get more -- and more detailed -- reviews!
