A Swiss Pocket Knife for digital marketing
Taco-time!
I saw these guys popping up on the Google Marketing Innovation Program not too lang ago.
It made me curious enough to try it out.
I really think they are on to something.
It makes sense allowing users to interact with content and you can immediately think about 100 ways how it can optimize your campaigns.
Great that they are pushing to get this going on multiple channels and that you can track the performance. That's also the only danger I see: I am still not finished to wrap my head around all what can be done and what to do first. Some more guidance/content/best practices could help there.
PRO
- Durability & scalability: the tool has been made to be used efficiently. From linking product feeds, saving styles and that tagger allowing you to customize any way you want
- Multichannel: while it is not always easy to directly understand what is possible and what not, pushing the same content made interactive on different channels is a big plus
- I was happy to learn that publishing interactive displays on the Google Display Network, is not consuming credits and is available because it's a part of package we are on. They are really underselling this one and I don't know why
- Love the team. They are super responsive on the chat. Hendrik knows his stuff
STUFF TO IMRPOVE
That's an easy one: content. I am hungry for more inspiration, best practices & insides about the tool.
As I said already, they are a bit underselling themselves as there are more features than content.
I would advise really to focus on this during the campaign.
I was a bit doubting between four or five, but chose five as their customer success is kick ass and lightening fast.
