Check your account if you purchased their first deal... Very Shady Experience
I have emailed the Spott support team and it has been over a week now with no answer or anything. Very unprofessional... I purchased the first deal which states that my account is supposed to be apart of the Business plan, not the Starter Plan but they did it behind my back (lost Sub Accounts, etc) without any warning. Since they won't answer my email maybe they will answer here. For them to come back after 8 months to pull this snake move deserves 0 Tacos, so I'm hoping now I can get this resolved with AppSumo after seeing that the Spott Team doesn't care.

That should not happen, so something is wrong there.
If that would be the general case, you would not be the only one.
For clarity: you should still have all access today (= all business license features) just like the rest of the Appsumo'lings.
