sideways video - got a last minute cancel and a no show to a welcome video call
my uploaded videos were sideways so I hadn't been able to do anything in this app. Couldn't figure out, for the life of me, how to rotate it to the proper orientation. Shouldn't any video/photo app editor type app have an easy "rotate" button of some kind?
Anyway, I couldn't figure it out. I was pretty excited when I got one of those automated emails to schedule a call with a member of their team a few days later.
1st call - 9 minutes before the scheduled meeting my call was canceled
2nd call - no show
3rd time - call went fine, met the owner (I think?), seems like a nice guy. He said there is probably a bug in my videos, told me to send him the originals and he'll look into it.
I sent an email with a link to my google drive where the original file was. nothing for several days. I emailed again. nothing again.
not sure what I'm supposed to think....? I have no use for sideways videos...?

Thx for your message.
First, my apologies for the sub-par customer service you received.
Point taken and we're working to do better.
Meanwhile, we have looked into the issue of your sideways videos.
Related to the sideways video, is because they were uploaded that way.
It can happen with mobile videos and/or videos from QuickTime/VLC that they get turned during processing of the recording (from landscape to portrait).

We created & released an extra upload function that will check if videos are sideways and bring them back to their original setting. So this is solved since yesterday evening.
