Role Model Example of Support
So, I've been looking at Sheet2Site for a while now, and was considering signing up on their monthly plan, but it was just too much for a side project / half-baked idea. I emailed them a few times asking if their system would be able to do what I needed it to do since it wasn't exactly what their templates were showing. The fact that I didn't sign up shows that I didn't get a warm feeling from the reply.
Now, I see this offer through AS for something that looks like Sheet2Site, so I go over and still don't see any template or showcase that is exactly what I want to do. Hit up their chat, I think it was midnight on a Sunday night. Near instant replies. Ok! Headed back to AS and bought a code, started playing around and ran into questions immediately. Again, with near instant replies I was back on the go.
Unbelievable support. And I'm not just taking about sending me over to an FAQ page, or saying "yeah, we don't do that yet". I'm talking about specific replies like:
"try to add next line to Settings tab -> additional scripts -> add scropt to head
<style>.sv-product__container {flex-direction: column; align-items: center;} </style>"
....which by the way, TOTALLY worked.
Still don't know if my idea will work, but the team at SpreadSimple deserves a standing ovation for the best customer support I've experienced online in a long time.
