Q: Our SSLs expired, contact forms broken, and no dev response since November—has this product been abandoned?
We’ve tried every possible way to reach support but have had no success. Our 50+ person team relies heavily on this platform for marketing, and now our leads are receiving security threat alerts in their browsers.
- The SSLs for our custom domains have been expired for 52 days as of 1/9/25.
- Contact forms are all non-functional.
- Support email (support@affordable.software) appears to be down, and we’ve had no response from "Dave."
- A comment on YouTube was briefly answered but our follow up comment was deleted when we asked for a resolution timeline.
This issue is deeply impacting our operations. Please help us resolve this urgently.

We have encountered a similar problem with their SSL expiring for the last 90 days. We rely on the QR codes for our products (printed on labels) that have been already printed.
None of these work now. It is as simple as renwing their FREE SSL that will fix the problem.
Tried contacting dave but no response.

It's really frustrating. AppSumo keeps hiding behind Dave, and Dave continues to be non-responsive. A refund is due for this product. It is broken and abandoned.
