Well, the way we recommend to work across multiple organizations is to use the "label" which is an optional field under the group. Let's call the group "Marketing Campaign" and you've specified the label as "COMPANY ACME" then you'll see this in the left hand menu.

You can then drag and drop the groups, so that all groups with the label "COMPANY ACME" is next to each other - kind of bundled together. And then you could have groups belonging to other organizations below this cluster.

And yes - you can set tasks to be repeating.
In order to do so, you first need to set a date - after which the recurring/repeat option will appear.
