A: Hi again Ejdrien,

Clients are users as well.
You can invite clients to your projects - but you don't have to upgrade them.
Then they'll just be users on the free plan.

However, please do note, that if your clients need to participate in more than 2 groups (which is allowed on the free plan), they of course need to upgrade. But I reckon they'll need to do that themselves, so you are not paying for their unlimited usages in the organization (since they will then be able to create all the groups they want) ;) I'll of course leave that up to you.

Does that sufficiently answer you question?

Cheers,
Andreas

I want to make sure I understand this.

I think you are saying that you can basically have unlimited clients as "users" in your dashboard without paying extra as long as they are signed up themselves as "free" users?

But they will only be able to access one of your groups.

Am I getting it?

Hi JonDavisJr,

You're almost correct :)
Yes, you can invite all the clients you'd like to collaborate with.

They'll be able to join two groups on the free plan.
- So you can invite them to two groups which they can be part of (as long as they don't have other groups created of course).

If they want to create a 3rd group (or receive an invitation to a 3rd group and wants to join it), they'll need to be on the Premium Plan.

Makes sense?

Cheers,
Andreas
