A: Hi Sumo-ling,

As mentioned in the pinned post, the codes are set to not expire.
So you can use the remaining 49 seats any time down the road.

When the user management console is up, you'll be able to add the 10 codes to your account - and you can then easily manage the upgrade/downgrade of users.
