Q: Please help on the following: 1) How do I send email to invite guest to a group?
Clicking the icon at the top right opens dialog box > I enter name or email & press 'SEND INVITATION'. Then what happens? Do they receive invitation emails? If yes, what does the email contain? Can I not review the email before it's sent? So confusing!!

When I add a To-Do, I cannot link it to a PDF I already uploaded under Files & Links. Why is this so?

Any plan for whitelabel, custom domain?

1) When you press "Send Invitation" the user will receive an email invitation which include
- your email address
- the name you provided in SquidHub
- the name of the group you're inviting them to
It also includes an explanation of what SquidHub is. That it's a collaboration hub for teams.
We don't have an option to customize the content of the email invitation as of now.
However, I have upvoted that request on your behalf.
2) To link an uploaded document to a todo:
- Open the todo
- Set the cursor in the field "Link to an uploaded file..."
- Start typing the name of the file, and it will appear in the dropdown
- Select the file and click Save
