There are two ways of removing sitemaps.

1. From Automation > Configuration you can select the post type you wish to remove and disable the 'Include in sitemap' option.

2. You can disable the whole sitemap From SEO Configuration > Tweaks And Sitemap > Sitemap XML.

So if you have for example the custom post types sitemaps, from step 1 you can remove just one of them, while from step 2 you can remove all custom post types sitemaps.

Note! In order for the sitemap to show the latest changes you will need to edit and update a post/page.
