KohlMediaQ: Until now i used the free version of RankMath with which i didn't had any problems.
But i have been looking around for something more powerful and stumbled across squirrly seo. bought the double. I have also checked out your website and have seen the comparison table between rankmath and squirrly and i have been hyped to try squirrly out. but since i installed it i'm a little bit frustrated with this tool... I had to look around and dig deep to find what i was looking for - it's a very cluttered UI - rankmath does this wayyy more elegant. But maybe that's just preference.
The main reason i want to use squirrly for is OnPage SEO, generating metas, rich snippets etc. with the right keywords. So i'm starting to write my metas and wonder why the suggested character limit for the meta-description is 320 and in rankmath it's 160. Turns out Google only shows up to 160 characters in it's meta description. Then again, finding the settings to change that was kind of a digging. why is it wrong in the first place ?
My question here is, what am i missing here ? squirrly seo does have a lot of good reviews, you compare it on your website with rankmath and claim to have wayy more features - but from what i can tell it's quite the same but rankmath more accurate and free (it also has local seo, 404 monitor, redirects etc.). Do you have some explanatory videos to get started with squirrly or to discorver features that really make squirrly worth its money which you don't get with rankmath free version ?
i kinda want it to be good but right now i'm leaning towards a refund and just continuing with the free rankmath version..
