Great Product, hard to get support
Overall great product, love all the possibilities it brings to the table.
That said, I wrote a support question that still is unanswered 2 weeks later, which is very annoying to me honestly. Been using squirrly on my own in expert mode with no problem.

As for the support, that doesn't sound like us. If we don't get back in a maximum of 24 hours (expecting the weekend), something is not right and we would recommend sending us another message.
