1. Yes we are, we have some docs on this here: https://docs.wpstackable.com/article/364-translate-blocks-using-wpml-multilingual 2. I am not familiar with Mobirise. I did a quick search on it, and looks like it is a site builder also (although non-WordPress), so I believe there are some similarities with it. Although, I saw they have a focus on AI, we do not have any AI capabilities as of the moment.
How do you compare with another Appsumo deal - Nexter?
Q: Compare with Bricks
How does this compare with bricks and oxygen and etch? Or things like Breakdance or Elementor may be a better comparison? I’m almost done a course on bricks but maybe yours is a better option for me?
A: Great question! I believe that all the builders you mentioned have a lot of overlaps with Stackable with features and capabilities. I would say that you can more or less build the same types of websites across these solutions.
Personally, the best comparison for me would be that all these others have their own vision and implementation of how a "builder" should be. So while they all are products for WordPress, they have their own standalone builder interface to override WordPress' own.
For Stackable however, we are "putting the builder inside the block editor". So to use Stackable, you are using the native block editor and our workflow and tools are inside it. Instead of adding yet another standalone builder interface, you just use the native builder that comes with WordPress.. then our builder adheres to how WordPress works.
This brings quite a lot of benefits: Stackable becomes more or less compatible with any block theme and any plugin that supports blocks, you can use all the features of the block editor (synced patterns, the site editor, etc), you can mix any other core block or third-party block with Stackable, our designs conform to the styles of your block theme, and a lot more.
Hi, I've purchased a Tier 2 for 10 websites. If I want to upgrade this to Tier 3, do I buy another single Tier? And likewise, if I wanted to be at Tier 4, would I buy another Tier 2? How does that work?
A: Hello, thanks for your question! Since you're in tier 2, this means you got and redeemed 2 codes. To upgrade to tier 3, you'll need to get another code and redeem it. Make sure that during redemption you use the same email you used to redeem your earlier codes, this will make your tier go up to 3. Get and redeem another code to upgrade to tier 4.
I'm considering buying a Gutenberg plugin. Stackable looks interesting, but it's not nearly as well known as Kadence, for example. You'll be familiar with the competition. What makes Stackable better than Kadence Blocks or Ultimate Blocks?
A: Hello, Stackable might not have the most marketing and loudest voice, but Stackable has actually been one of the first block plugins that came our for WordPress. I can tell you that we're building an amazing workflow for the block editor which revolves around Stackable's Design System and your block theme.
I'm not from the team, but can tell you that I bought Stackable for the LTD, and stayed for the quality and great support. I like building with LTD tools, so that even if I'm "hit by a bus", the sites I make will perpetually be updated as long as the plugin providers provide support, without my annual fees as a limiting factor.
Q: Stackable Team
Stackable is excellent, but it really needs its own theme. For example, Kadence blocks would not be as popular if it didn't have the Kadence Theme. Elementor has Hello, even Gutenkit has its own Hello Block theme. Are you considering creating a lightweight block theme to ensure no extra bloat is added and compatibility is ensured? I do not wish to inherit anything from a theme or unless all aspects of a sites design cannot be managed by Stackable?
I use Stackable with Blocksy, and am very happy with that combination.
Q: User Questions for Stackable
I just bought the 4 tier lifetime license for unlimited sites. I just started using the plugin as a free version and am quite liking it. So I have a license for unlimited websites, correct? Is it the same license key all the time? If so, is it the one in my account? If not, how do I generate a new license? Do I have to always install that downloadable plugin on each site to get the premium version? Is there a way to just put in an activation key in the regular plugin from the wordpress store? If this is the case, is it best to just keep that file somewhere, or do I need to redownload it from my account page? Are updates going to automatically get pushed to this if i enable auto updates, or am I going to have to constantly redownload the newest plugin file and update that way?
A: Hello! Thanks for the questions! Regarding the license keys: yes, you have 1 license key, and it's the same one you use for all your installations. There is no generation of new ones. So can use your license key to activate again and again across websites.
About the downloadable plugin: you will have to install the premium version - this can be the one found in the email you got from us when you started, or from your account if you log in from our website wpstackable.com/account . The plugin in the WordPress directory is the free version which has less capabilities than the premium one. The premium plugin should have the name "(premium)" on it when you view your list of plugins in your WordPress admin.
To add the premium version in new sites, you can either keep installing the one you have, then updating it; or redownload the one from your account page and install that (and update if there is one).
Enabling auto-updates will automatically update the premium plugin when we have releases.
I’m building a WooCommerce Wordpress website. Your site states that “Stackable Premium” integrates with WooCommerce. Is this offer for Stackable Premium at all tiers? Thank you.
A: Yes, this is for all tiers. The WooCommerce support mainly comes from the dynamic content portion, where we will be able to pull data from WC products.
A: Hello, thanks for the question! Yes there are a number of overlapping features. Although we have our innovations which are our own, such as block style inheritance and our global design system. We are working of a few more things that extend these innovations further, all of which will be available as updates!
A: Hello! After you’ve activated the Stackable plugin, make sure you have entered your license key to unlock the features. You should have gotten an email that contains your license key. To input your license key, check your WordPress plugins list page, look for Stackable in there then you should see an activate license link.
Regarding UI Kits, we have dropped this term already with our recent update for the Design Library. Now all our Design library entries adjust according to your block theme and Stackable settings.
Is this the same deal that was offered years ago? Or are there any features in this one that weren't in the other one? I got that old deal I just want to make sure that I'm not missing out on any features.
A: Hello! If you got the old deal 2 or so years ago, then the features you originally saw were quite different back then. However, we've been constantly updating and adding new things in as time went on — and all those updates have been available to supporters ever since. So as an early supporter, you should already have all these new features listed here.
(Also, if you have only gotten a few codes before, you can stack up now with more codes)
Oh, no, I went unlimited because I had a few buddies that said this product was going to be great. Admittedly, I don't use it a lot myself but I have it in place for clients so they can write their own posts without them looking too plain and they seem to really like it.
I've not attempted to build pages with it yet but it looks like I should give that a whirl. Great to see it still growing!
Just to clarify, the features are quite different — meaning we have grown quite since then and have added and extended those features to a ton more, all of which are available to you!
Q: Can I use this software to upgrade my website?
Since I already have a WordPress website, can I use this software to upgrade and change certain things on my website? Or would I have to rebuild my website from scratch using your template? Thanks
A: Thanks for the question! If your WordPress website is built using the block editor (e.g. your pages were not built using another page builder such as Elementor or Divi), then you can easily add Stackable in. If you're using a block theme, Stackable should inherit the styles from your block theme, so our blocks should fit right in. You'll be able to use Stackable features wherever you need them, and you're still free to use native WordPress blocks. No need to rebuild anything :)
Hello. Your company and Greenshift both have good reviews, is there much difference between them that I should know about? Also, I am currently using Bricks Builder which many people say can build anything, I am not sure about that, but that is what some developers say! Would you say your product is as functional as something like Bricks or Etch? I have never worked with a block based plugin before..... Also, I use a plugin called Simply Static to turn WP into static sites, do you know if Stackable would work with Simply Static? Thanks
A: I would say yes, more or less Stackable is as functional as all of the names you mentioned. The thing with Stackable is we do not provide our own builder interface that replaces the editor, instead, Stackable lives inside the WordPress block editor.
Doing it this way brings a few benefits: people not to be locked in to a specific system, and you are free to use Stackable blocks and features alongside other WordPress native features or other plugins.
Regarding Simply Static, I haven't personally tried it, but I believe it should work fine.
Hi, up to now I have been a heavy user of Elementor. The Gutenberg is still new for me. Therefore I am not 100% clear on your message. Do I also need a theme? If so, which one do you suggest as the best option? What part of my website is the plugin responsible for and what is covered by a theme? Do I need a paid one or a free option will do?
A: Hello! Since you mentioned Elementor, I'll try and drop comparisons to hopefully make things clearer.
You just need the default Twenty Twenty Five theme or any block theme available in the WordPress Theme Directory — this is similar to how Elementor should be able to work with any theme.
As for which is responsible to which, the block theme you pick would control the initial state of how the overall look and feel of your website. You could pick a block theme with more advanced options included, this is up to you, but just even the default ones will be perfectly fine. Nowadays, the default ones are quite robust!
If you've picked a block theme (as opposed to a classic theme), Stackable would be able to inherit the styles from it, to better align things with it. Our blocks would look the same, so you are free to use Stackable blocks whenever you need more design powers, or native ones for writing content.
I'd like to point out that unlike in Elementor where they create their own drag-and-drop interface on top of WordPress where you add widgets to build a page, Stackable let's you use Gutenberg fully and then Stackable adds more functionality to it, like blocks, the design library, dynamic content, etc.
We'd usually like to say that we put the "page builder" inside the block editor / Gutenberg.
You know how Wordpress has it's own blocks that you can insert into a page regardless of what theme you're using? Stackable is like that, but there is a larger variety of blocks and they give you a whole lot more power in terms of customization. That's been my experience as a user of Stackable.
A: Hello! This would be out of the scope of the functionality of Stackable. However, if you have some other plugin that connect this data into WordPress, and the data becomes available as post meta data, then Stackable would be able to use them as content and attributes inside our blocks. Also, since Stackable works alongside the block editor, as long as you can get the data inside the block editor, then you can mix them alongside our features.
I have Kadence Pro and why I need Stackable on top of Kadence ? Can you give some examples / use cases ? Also, does Stackable support WooCommerce ? Thank you.
A: I think it depends on your needs and preferences. I believe some customers who have done this mainly do it because they need or prefer some features or blocks that are not present in one plugin, but is present in another. This goes both ways, let's say you don't use the full extend of Kadence, and just use some features and use Stackable for the rest, of the other way around.
As for WooCommerce, we support WooCommerce in our Dynamic Content feature where you can pull different WooCommerce product data and use them in blocks like images, urls, text, etc. We don't yet support WooCommerce's experimental block editor for editing products, but mainly because of its experimental nature and looks like it doesn't yet support third-party blocks.
took the words out of my mouth... I want to know if Stackable is able to add additional design (or other benefits) features to Kadence - is it even compatible..?
Yes they're compatible, you should be able to use both together. However, there are indeed overlaps in functionality, so there might be some added overhead there. Some block styles would be inherited right away from Kadence. But for those that might not, you'd have to adjust Stackable's global settings / design system.
Q: Is 4 Codes equivalent to the Agency Lifetime version?
Greetings.
In the AppSumo price list for 4 Codes it indicates:
$236 the LTD vs $299 for the regular price.
Is that actually meant to be $499 for the regular price? i.e. equivalent to the "Agency Lifetime" price?
Curious if this gives me Wordpress websites or how does that work? Do I need to have hosting somewhere? Know these are extremely elementary questions. I’m extremely impressed with this and your other Interactions features.

A: Hello, all questions are welcome! You'll need to have your own WordPress website hosted somewhere. You then install Stackable as a plugin inside your WordPress site :)
As for what you need to get started, you can use any existing or freshly created WordPress website.
A: Hello! Yes, if you've bought from our previous AppSumo deals, you should be able to purchase and stack to a higher tier. Just make sure you use the same email address that's associated with your existing account during redemption.
Q: User abandonment in search of MRR revenue or something else?
Does the AppSumo contract include a feature parity clause or a plan parity clause?
If there is a feature parity clause, is this how you interpret it?
Example: If you add a new feature to your “Tier 4” plan in six months, you are required to give that feature to all AppSumo customers who purchased a lifetime “Pro” license—even if your pricing or included features change later.
What is your understanding of this clause? What are "parity" vs " New" features.
How do you interpret which “Tier 4” plan features must be included under the parity clause?
My view: I believe parity means AppSumo buyers only get the features available at the time of purchase, and not any new features added later. AppSumo has allowed some companies to follow this approach in practice, even though it leaves users with an outdated product. which is it.
A: In the past we have allowed AppSumo users to enjoy the same features as other customers in the same tier. This goes even for features that were released after you've purchased and even after our AppSumo deal was not anymore live.
Our AppSumo users who got our deal back in 2021 are still getting our updates and new features. :)

Q: User abandonment in search of MRR revenue or something else?
Does the AppSumo contract include a feature parity clause or a plan parity clause?
If there is a feature parity clause, is this how you interpret it?
Example:
If you add a new feature to your “Tier 4” plan in six months, you are required to give that feature to all AppSumo customers who purchased a lifetime “Pro” license—even if your pricing or included features change later.
What is your understanding of this clause?
What are "parity" vs " New" features.
How do you interpret which “Tier 4” plan features must be included under the parity clause?

I believe parity means AppSumo buyers only get the features available at the time of purchase, and not any new features added later. AppSumo has allowed some companies to follow this approach in practice, even though it leaves users with an outdated product. which is it.

Jul 17, 2025A: In the past we have allowed AppSumo users to enjoy the same features as other customers in the same tier. This goes even for features that were released after you've purchased and even after our AppSumo deal was not anymore live.
Our AppSumo users who got our deal back in 2021 are still getting our updates and new features. :)

Hi Ben, Is that because contractually you have to or your just being nice. This is a serious quesion.
A recent deal on appsumo was recently re-mapped from pro to free... Excluding new "plus" features.
I’m not a lawyer, so I dare not say for certain what is contractually allowed or not. But we are nice guys :)
