Q: Economic evaluation of the offer 9 codes.
Hi,
I am an Airtable customer, I am evaluating your offer to try to spend less.
How do you count automations, like Airtable or like N8N?
Example: if I have 5,000 customers, I send 4 emails per month, how many automations are there, 20,000 or 4?
From your price list it seems like Airtable.
Maybe your offer doesn't make sense, not even the one for the 9 Codes plan.
To have "only" 1,000 "real" automations you need 801+349+379=1,529 $, that's a lot of years of subscription to your same plan of 16 or 30 $ month-year or to Airtable, which has very high AI and automation features.
How much would it cost to buy automations separately and where is this option on your site?
1,529 $ is a lot of years of subscription.
Ok it's not for life.
Why would it be appropriate to accept your offer?
Thank you.

Mar 8, 2025A: Hi there,
Each automation run is counted as a one trigger-action completion. Each email sent will be 1 automation run.
For 9 codes plan, you are getting 10 'lifetime' users on the workspace. Each user on AT costs $24/user/month - $240/month*12 = $2880/year vs you're getting fully stacked Stackby for $1529 one-time. We have both AI and more automation actions being added as we speak. Webhooks releasing next week.
Hope this make sense in evaluating the offer.
Thanks,
Rachit

OK, the example was:
5,000 contacts, 4 emails/month, how to do it?
In the plans you offer 25,000/100,000 automations/user, because in marketing you need automations.
To send emails you only need a few people, automations are for this.
After spending $1,529, for to work you need to buy a standard subscription.
You wouldn't buy it either.
It can be evaluated with the purchase of automations.
Thanks
Then buy 1 code ($89) and then get automations add-ons. That's it.
I was considering the same offer: 801 + 349 + 379 = 1,529 $, but I added LTD of 20k automations for 499 $, making the total 2028 $. This is the perfect offer if ten people (including clients) use it. For small entities, the add-ons are too expensive, and a subscription is more economical.
The add-ons are one time price which are only available today on recurring subscriptions. This includes all current and future features in that add-on:
1. Powerups: 30+ features
2. Apps: 15+ apps
You can get more codes, if you need more users and are working with teams or clients. Even small entities can use for internal workflows - from over 1000+ pre-built templates.

I don't understand the answer.
I am interested in being productive and not having future management problems because of others.
4 questions.
Buying 9 codes + options, with $1,529:
1. What do I buy?
2. What do I not have, could I miss and should I buy?
3. How much does it cost to add 50,000 and 100,000 automations?
4. Are there any hidden costs?
Thanks
Hi there,
1. You can get add-ons if you'd like: Powerups, Apps and Automations.
2. You only have 1000 automations/mo on Tier-9. You can add more if you want with the add-ons. You don't have Powerups or Apps Marketplace add-ons on Tier-9. You can get them via add-ons.
3. For 30,000/mo - $699 one-time. For 50,000/mo - it will be $999 one-time. For 100K, it will be $1999. No hidden costs.

I am interested in purchasing 9 codes + Powerups and Apps Marketplace add-ons for $1,529.
I would like to purchase the automations, on a pay-as-you-go basis when needed and without expiration, because it is not possible to predict the future.
How much does it cost to purchase, for example, 50,000 pay-as-you-go automations, without expiration, separately?
Thanks
Already replied to you on support chat. Let's take it there please.

Sorry I just read your answer to another previous question, are these 4 options all included?
- Powerups:
- Apps Marketplace;
- Sync;
- Automations
Thanks
