Q: Editing/Collaboration Access
I'd like to use this tool to collect content from clients - is there a way to allow them to add content to a sheet, without needing additional users? Or does each person you share access with need to be a user?

Sorry, that may have been unclear - they wouldn't be submitting the information via form. They'd be editing the sheet they have access to directly.

In that case, they will be counted as a user. Or you can also try 'Updatable Forms'..
