I emailed requesting help to an issue with automations. I also would like to purchase powerups but don’t need 20 like the plan mentions and would like a lower amount. Is this possible?

Hello gents, I originally purchased 1 x code back in December 2021. In my dashboard it's displaying that I claimed the code yet I still appear to be on the FREE plan. I am always open and willing to add more codes/tiers to my stack but if you can't honour 1 code then it hardly inspires confidence.
