I strongly believe that the tool is only as good as the support. I just tried talking to the chat box on your website, and the support is available in 6 hours. I've gone through your documentation with two questions, one with regards to repeatable order forms. Where you have one client, but they may order two products with the option of being able to add another product and another product etc And the other question was about customising the invoices But again, no documentation.
Seems to be really lacking in terms of community responses, chat availability, and documentation.
I am disappointed to see this because, the tool looks fantastic and exactly what I'm looking for, but I can just see myself banging my head against a brick wall when I get stuck.

1. Repetable order forms: You can setup such form using the 'Link' column type - where there's another table for Products and clients can choose those products.
2. Customizing Invoices: You need to use the Page Designer feature for that. Please read this guide: https://help.stackby.com/en/articles/301-page-designer-app. We also have a video on youtube on how you can custom create invoices: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lIOvrNJ-bE
We'll update our documentation for the invoices and also add in our community.
