Q: Upgrade Existing AppSumo Tier 1

I bought Tier 1 in 2021. Could i upgrade it to Tier 2 by buying Tier 1 again from this promotion or do i need to buy Tier 2 itself now??

Hello gents, I originally purchased 1 x code back in December 2021. In my dashboard it's displaying that I claimed the code yet I still appear to be on the FREE plan. I am always open and willing to add more codes/tiers to my stack but if you can't honour 1 code then it hardly inspires confidence.
