The tier 1 basically has what I need for my small businesses. Can I share my account access with my teammates? Basically I would share my username and password with my teammates (I trust them). I know I can do it with you knowing but I wanna make sure that’s morally fine with you.

Ideally - that's not the right usage for the platform. Your IP address is tracked, so if there are more than 1 - you will see service disruptions and auto-logouts, which will not be a good experience.
I would rather have you take multiple codes to suffice the needs for your team and give them separate user access. It's better for the future as well.

I should have clarified better. Currently my team is just me. But few months ago I had a part time assistant and I am looking on getting one in the future. So are you’re fine with me getting one account and sharing user and password with whoever assists me in the future?
Sure, or just get 2 codes - one for you and one for your assistant.
