great product with corncern

Stackby is a great product that comes with a lot of feature with some future concern for lifetime using for larger business. To see the picture clearer let’s say if we stack 9 codes, we get 10 users and 40 stacks in this workspace. After that your business gets larger with the need to get more users to collaborate but your stack nearly user up, I would recommend shifting to other platform instead. Let compare stackby Business plan (18$/user) with alternative platform like airtable(team plan 20$/user around 10% pricier), you get the same row limit ber base(stack) the same upload limit, more integration with some feature difference but the main deal breaker is that airtable allow unlimited base (stack) so each user can use same workspace to collaborate with each user get unlimited of base, but in contrast if you add more user in stackby business plan you still get stack limit of 50, so in my opinion likely as they suggest get some stack this for personal use or to startup your business and move to other platform you’re your company get larger. No offense but not that I hate this product I also buy 10 code with both powerup and marketplace add-ons to use in my business. it a great product that I think it would work for my first 5-10 years of my current business but in my opinion they need to revise their plan in the future if they want to compete with other platform in lower deal (business plan) than enterprise plan that offer unlimited workspace.

Hello Naphan,

We also have annual business plans (starting at $249/year for 3 users), which is 4x cost effective than Airtable ($20/user/month) plan paid annually. They are able to give unlimited databases due to the fact that for a 10 people team, you'll end up paying $2400/year to Airtable vs $699/year to Stackby.

From what we have understood, once the businesses setup their workflows they don't need too many databases (lot of databases then just becomes obsolete). We have identified that most businesses can do with 25-50 databases (workflows) for a good 20-50 people team. Ofcourse you can add multiple workspaces as well and stack as many codes on those workspaces to increase your database limits. Lot of agencies are doing it and stacking multiple lifetime workspaces to cater to their future needs.

Hope this helps! I hope this review moves to a 5-taco review if you're satisfied with my answer.

Thanks,
Rachit
