will it be a different product that requires purchasing from previous LTD users?
Q: Hi Tannay,
I purchased Stacked a couple of days ago and would like some clarification on some issues before my refund period expires.
1. When clicking on any check box for bulk editing, it opens the link. So no moving or editing of bookmarks is possible. 2. Making notes on a link/bookmark does not save it when on the dashboard. 3. How do I move bookmarks between Collections? I guess you have to first check a checkbox (which does not work)?
I am using Stacked on Chrome for Windows. Can you please give me some feedback on these issues.
1. Clicking on checkbox opening new link should now be fixed. 2. Can you please explain little about what Is not saved? Do you get any error message? Happy to jump on a quick call to observe this happening. 3. You can select all/multiple bookmarks from within the collection, and add a new collection. You can also drag and drop links to pinned...
I see you need extra support from Stacks. Please kindly reach out to tanay@betterstacks.com, or to support@appsumo.com, if there is still no reply from them and we'll be able to speak to this further - our Support team is always happy to assist!
Months later this is an amazing app. Stacks, from dozens I bought on AppSumo, evolved the most and is absolutely amazing. Thanks Tannay. Will buy it for friends and family when you come back to AppSumo.
Q: Hi Tanay,
I just purchased Stacks because I responded well to your thought process for building this ...
solution and I'm very interested to see how you continue to iterate its development going forward.
Looking at the roadmap I do see one of your "Planned" items is API/Webhooks. To my mind, that is perhaps the key to unlocking the full powers of Stacks, because savvy users will then be able to do things like mirror their actions in other databases, tailor data extraction for use in other functions like content production and triggers based on the addition of bookmarked items that contain specific keywords.
Along those lines, I did find on the Roadmap a single vote item for RSS Feed. That's a killer feature if you created the ability to segment into discrete RSS feeds based on keywords, tags or sources. If you had that capability combined with the API/Webhooks Stacks could become far more than a repository, but a data hub worthy of those subscription fees that will drive your MRR.
For inspiration on RSS sophistication, I suggest looking at InoReader which is a company that has built out connective/automation capabilities suitable for enterprise users far more than the average RSS Reader app on the market.
Q: Waiting for Stack return
Hi, could you please let me know when you'll be returning to AppSumo?
Thank You.
Q: I missed it somehow.
Will you be back before or by Black Friday?

May 15, 2024A: We are working on an improved version of Stacks to be a browser co-pilot and will launch possibly on Appsumo soon.

May 15, 2024A: Hello, thank you for the purchase, yes, both the features - API/RSS are on the roadmap. Looking at the options you suggested.

Q: Can I use stacks on multiple Chrome browsers (different Gmail accounts for different companies I manage)?
Can I just use an iCloud address to register the access on multiple browsers?
TanayFromStacks
May 15, 2024A: Hi there,
Absolutely, accounts on Stacks are separate from profiles in browsers. You can create multiple workspaces for each company you manage.
