Zero Support and Documentation-Update 3/3/25 Just got Notice They Are Shutting Down!

I'm struggling to understand the functionality of this product as well as these 5 taco reviews, particularly when it comes to sharing content. How am I able to share a Page? The distinction between Rooms, Pages, and Sections is unclear, especially since I can only seem to send invite links to Rooms, yet the information I need to share is under Pages. This lack of clarity significantly impacts usability.

To make matters worse, support has failed to respond after several days to what should be a simple question. This delay has caused unnecessary work and frustration, as I was forced to recreate the content from a "Page" within the platform and enter it onto another platform just to distribute the content that I spent hours building out for my client. This is unacceptable for a tool that should streamline workflows, not create more obstacles.

Additionally, the documentation is extremely limited—there’s barely enough information to navigate the platform effectively. A comprehensive update to the documentation across all features is necessary to improve the user experience. Clearer explanations and more detailed support materials would go a long way in making this product more intuitive and functional.

Please advise on how to share Pages and consider expanding both customer support responsiveness and documentation to address these gaps. Thanks!

So finally received an email stating that they were shutting down! Would have been nice to know since I'm sure they've known for quite some time which could have kept us from wasting our time building out rooms over the last week or so! We get it, 💩 happens but you still should be communicating with those that supported your product! Ol' well....
