Q: bizplan login issues
When trying to use bizplan via the "redeem Benefit" button, I am getting this message:
"Upgrade Required Unlock Bizplan and so much more by upgrading to Startups Unlimited."
I have contacted your support with a ticket but not heard back from them.
I assume this is a bug and that we are not required to pay any $ ?

Jan 7, 2025A: Sorry you hit a snag! You’ve already redeemed the Startups Lifetime offer and are logged into that account I assume? You definitely don’t need to pay anything additional to access bizplan - just make sure you are logged in on Startups.com. If you are still having an issue our support team will definitely resolve it. They work 9-6 US Eastern time.
