The support team was very helpful and helped me to setup the tool with my first DB. It does what it is supposed to do : CRUD of the DB in a really nice and simple interface. It removes all apprehension of giving access to the database, and it makes it very user-friendly. No more need to update manually data in the console, this will save me a lot of time and remove stress of doing things bad!

Haven't set up CNAME but it looks fairly straightforward. My understanding of this is we can have one custom domain with an unlimited number of databases and different teams working under it. OR is it that under the main account I can create an unlimited number of teams (as long as the team members stay within the limit) and each team will have their custom URL with unlimited databases? That sounds too good to be true! Is it??
The roadmap looks very promising with advanced collaboration, track changes, audio & video media fields in the database, webhooks and all sorts that I can see save me time and money. The team is super responsive, which is always a great thing.
Overall, so very pleased with this that I am tempted to say that this is one of the best buys I have made ever. Many thanks to everyone who made it possible. All the best !
