I received the link immediately and clicked on it at once, but I get "Unable to sign in. The sign-in link is no longer valid. It may have been used already, or it may have expired." Any advice?

May 15, 2024A: Hi CW, make sure you are clicking on the correct email. We had a user the other day who realized he was clicking on the magic link to the wrong email. I.e. if you sent yourself two login emails, make sure to click the one that you received soonest. If you double click to get a link, you will get two emails, one with an expired access code, and one with a good access code. Please reach out to AppSumo's support team if you need assistance but I can assure you the magic link sign in functions are working.
