Q: If I change the email password how can I get the service back? There is no way to get it...

I changed my email password and now I can't access the application.
I get the following message.
Your authentication has expired. Please reauthenticate to continue using this service using the below link:
https://emailauth.fasttrackr.ai/start?phone=...
When I try to log in, it tells me that everything is correct.
Seven days ago, I wrote to support explaining my problem and I haven't received a reply. Furthermore, my email tracker tells me that no one has opened or read that email.
Is the support service still working or is there no longer any support for this application?
I purchased it three months ago and can no longer return it to AppSumo, but there should be support for at least more than three months.
The idea is good, but if there is no way to solve these problems, it is not a good deal.
