From my perspective as a power user, I want to highlight several concerns about the Sella AI tools:
1. The user interface is not intuitive or familiar for daily use. It misses common design elements that make navigation easy and efficient for advanced users, causing frustration with routine tasks.
2. There’s no option to transfer or export my monthly usage data. I need to be able to migrate usage stats and history to reconcile billing or compare across months and platforms.
3. I cannot view my current integrations in a consolidated manner. The absence of a list of connected services, API keys, or active integrations hampers troubleshooting and management.
4. The interface lacks controls for managing system settings. Essential configuration options are missing, preventing easy adjustments of global or account-level settings from a central location.

Promising idea, disappointing execution
I want to report that the application is promising and offers exactly what I would like to have as a virtual assistant. However, in practice it is slow, inaccurate with reminders and scheduling of appointments or events, and it does not work in Spanish regarding the automatic responses it provides. After downgrading from Plan 3 to Plan 2, it stopped working altogether and there has been no user support available. Instead of wasting my time begging for assistance, I prefer to free myself from a problem that should have been a help.

Stella is great, I’m the problem is that as of today it only supports Gmail account, so if you have iCloud, outlook or any other email account it won’t work.
If you have a Gmail account, you should give it a try.

Didn't even get access past the free trial!!!
I wish that I could give zero tacos, I was very hopeful of this software, this was a big let down! I purchased the highest tier but never got to use it past the trial that I never signed up for! During setup, per Fast Trackr instructions, it stated to enter my phone number including the country code (this was not a preset), that is exactly what I did. Their support said this was the issue and due to entering my country code (per Fast Trakr's Instructions) it has placed me in the free 14 day trial and this was all that I was able to use, the free trial. After several attempts of correcting this issue, Fast Trackr Support stopped replying to me. I reached out to both Appsumo and Fast Trackr to request a fresh license due to other people that I have referred this too have been using it with no problems. Appsumo reached out to Fast Trackr and got no response, Appsumo refunded me what I paid via credits, but not the coupon/discount that I used so I will not be giving this another try for more money and not knowing how responsive Fast Trackr's support will be going forward. I was really excited about this one, unfortunately I am forced to go another route. I will never refer Stella to anyone again, best of luck to those that purchased, I hope that you never need Fast Trackr's support!!! Appsumo Support was much better, thank you Appsumo.
