I keep getting charged, there is no number to call, and my bank has informed me that you have it set up that even if I change my credit card, I'll still get charged. We are making the proper steps to declare these charges as fraudulent. It makes me sad that the consumers are the victims here.
I would like to make a comment. I never signed up for this service and yet continue to have charges made to my credit card. There is no contact number to call. I am very upset by this and frustrated. Is there not a phone number for support?
Are we able to make our courses private and only available internally to users we choose or are all courses accessible by anyone?
Initially planned to get tier -3 but now I'm getting only tier 1. I cannot use STRIPE, so that's a big issue. Enrollments are anyways less even with tier-3, so sticking with tier-1. Can we know how much is the extra cost for enrollments we do manually??
