Q: All markets are selected. Results are poor.
So it's not very intuitive. Even when I switch to my language, I can't get any further. When I go to “Portfolio Assistant,” I can't add any stocks. When I go to “My Portfolio,” I can't add anything to my portfolio. When I go to “Pick Stocks,” I can enter something in the search field at the top “Symbol name lockup” or in “Text Search:”, but unfortunately none of my stocks/ETFs are found, either via the ‘ISIN’ number or the “WKN” number. This is very annoying. Of the 22 stocks/ETFs in my portfolio, only 6 are found "by name". The other 16 are not found. This is very poor and disappointing. What a shame. is there a solution?

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — we’re very sorry for the frustration you’ve run into, and we truly appreciate you letting us know so we can help get things moving in the right direction.
Adding Stocks to Your Portfolio (Much Easier Than It Looks)
The good news is that adding stocks to your portfolio in Sterling Stock Picker is actually very simple once you know where to look.
Anywhere you see a stock displayed in the system, you will also see our Northstar widget, which includes two quick toggle buttons:
✅ Add to Watchlist
✅ Add to Portfolio
By switching the Portfolio toggle ON, that stock is immediately added to your portfolio.
In addition, if you click on any stock to open the full stock detail view, you will find the Northstar widget located:
To the right of the summary section
Just under the main stock chart
You can use the same Watchlist and Portfolio toggles directly from that stock view as well.
This entire workflow is covered step-by-step in our walk-through video here:

That video should make the process feel much more intuitive.
About Missing Stocks / ETFs (ISIN / WKN Search)
Sterling Stock Picker is built primarily around ticker-based market symbols, and while many international equities and ETFs are included, some regional identifiers such as ISIN or WKN are not always fully indexed yet — especially for certain European listings.
That said, we absolutely do not want you to feel limited. When users request specific holdings, we are very happy to accommodate and expand coverage.
✅ If you share the tickers or names of the missing stocks/ETFs, our team can work to add them into the system.
The best way to request additions is through:
Main Menu → Help & Support → Tech Support
Our support staff will respond quickly and help get those resources included.
We’re Here to Help

We wish you happy investing.
