I bought this plan (Tier 2) with a lot of confidence, as I am rarely disappointed by the deals I find on the Appsumo platform. Now it's so disapointing in terms of generation quality compared to modern AI video generation platforms that it is absolutly unsuseful and total scam. It's a shame and an insane disgrace.

I have no choice but to express my disappointment, my dissatisfaction. I almost want to say my anger, so much do I feel like I have been scammed.

With the evolution of AI models in video generation currently underway, notably Google VO3, this software seems completely useless.

Worse, AppSumo buyers absolutely do not have access to Steve AI's updates. And it seems that the platform remains stuck on old models and outdated generation algorithms, completely obsolete and useless.

The promise made in the AppSumo LTD offer, claiming that we had access to all future updates, is a lie.

I contacted Steve AI support and was told that I had to create a new account and abandon my AppSumo LTD account if I wanted access to the latest product features. A disgrace and a total scam!

I am unable to login to the app and it is Redirecting to registration page. Reached out to support multiple times and no response. Tried reaching out to Appsumo. They have looped in steve team and there is no response.

After 3-4 follow-ups Appsumo stopped responding to mails too.

Money lost and I think it is a scam

I have no words to describe the amount of money I lost with this software. Purchased in March 2023, hoping it would improve, but they did nothing. I was never able to use a single video — the voices are robotic, there are imposed limits when it was supposed to be unlimited, absurd rendering times, and poor-quality videos that have nothing to do with the prompt. Basically, garbage. I threw money at a company I trusted. Well done, Steve. Great job scamming a customer like this — and thanks to Appsumo for helping them steal my money.

It is been more than 1.5 years, I have brought product as lifetime customer with unlimited downloads as mentioned on appsumo page now they did fraud stating they are giving limited limit like 500 videos that is for all accounts as Lifetime customer they told 5 users with unlimited video & now they are telling 500 videos for all 5 users so pathetic, I don't know why Appsumo is not taking action such software owner.
Just to get money they greed people with amazing lifetime offer later on once they came out from appsumo platform, they show they real face.
Here is my worst experience
1. Rendering is so slow, sometime stuck & need to contact customer care to update on video to render
2. Customer support is not available sometime, as lifetime high tier they do not available
3. They most of benefits is still not live, Tweet to Video, PowerPoint to Video
4. They have started uploading to YouTube as limit, oh my god you set limit on upload on YouTube, This is terrific
5. They said they have Voice to Video features but it is again Worst, it does not work, when contact customer service they say need to wait for if ask for Hindi voice to Video feature they say need to buy enterprise plan i don't know why Appsumo sold such useless product, Appsumo need to take action on such software platform, They are making Animaker software worthless, Animaker is brand, & they are making it totally worthless
I have to write of most of things but i know Appsumo will not take action on such brand, because Appsumo get money from such platform to publish, it is only Lifetime users who waste our money & trust Appsumo.
I do have to select one taco otherwise i update as minus taco
This is my worst experience with Appsumo & Steve Software, I recommend people do not but such software or but from appsumo, if buying contact & ask about terms, if Software vendor change their behavior.
