In another question someone said he received the order from Italy (so I suppose that's for the European Market), and I guess there shouldn't be any import duties.
1.- Where does this extra charge come from?
2.-Why there are so many discrepancies in prices comparing USA with Germany? Every European country has a different extra cost, around $3
