I have a great question for you. I want the order shipped to Germany; I saw the shipping is free, but there is an extra charge, a mysterious one.

In another question someone said he received the order from Italy (so I suppose that's for the European Market), and I guess there shouldn't be any import duties.
1.- Where does this extra charge come from?
2.-Why there are so many discrepancies in prices comparing USA with Germany? Every European country has a different extra cost, around $3
2. Shouldn't it be free, as I have already payed for the Tape Roll?
