A: The deposit option is grayed out because Commissions, markups, and Stripe payouts are based on where you legally reside. These features are currently only available in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Making sales won't change that — it's tied to residency, not activity, so the Stripe option won't appear just from selling.

Without Stripe connected, markup isn't available, since we're not able to hold funds on your behalf without a way to pay them out. So earnings won't quietly build up in the background for a later withdrawal.

You can still use Pro and all the Pro tools, and while availability on earning features can change over time, we can't promise if or when.
