A: At the moment, the 20-message limit with Charlie resets daily and does not roll over — unused messages don’t accumulate. We had to make this decision primarily because of the complexity and cost involved in each interaction.

Charlie isn’t just a general-purpose chatbot; he’s deeply aware of everything you see when analysing a stock — from financial metrics and ratios to earnings call transcripts. That rich context is what makes the responses so valuable, but it also means each message consumes a large number of tokens, which comes with higher processing costs.

That said, we completely understand how 20 messages can feel a bit tight when you're diving deep into multiple stocks. We’re keeping a close eye on how costs evolve and we do hope to increase the daily limit in the future as LLM infrastructure becomes more affordable.
