Q: Pre-Purchase Questions
Hi, I’m interested in purchasing your Tier 2 (Pro) Plan and I have a couple of questions:
1. Does your platform include real-time pricing?
2. I’ve bought similar platforms on Appsumo, and often once the business becomes a bit more established, after a year or two, the top-tier plan at launch later becomes outdated when new, higher-tier plans are introduced (e.g. Pro Plus and Premium Plan go on top of Pro Plan) with the new plans having new and exclusive features. This leaves lifetime deal holders stuck with fewer benefits than expected. This practice has made me cautious about investing in LTDs. Can you clarify your approach and reassure me that current Pro Plan buyers will continue to receive future updates and won’t be left behind? I value transparency and prefer to invest in ethical businesses.

We provide both end-of-day and intraday pricing, but no real-time. Intraday prices are updated with a 15-minute delay, which is standard across most platforms using institutional data. All metrics and ratios you see on stock pages are recalculated in real time when you load them, so you always have the freshest possible data.
We completely understand your concern about lifetime deals being devalued over time, it’s something we’ve also seen happen elsewhere. Let me reassure you that AppSumo Tier 2 matches our full Pro subscription as it exists today. More importantly, we are committed to ensuring that LTD buyers continue to receive updates and improvements to the Pro feature set as we grow.
If, in the future, we introduce entirely new product lines that require separate infrastructure (for example, an institutional API product), those would be separate packages. But your Pro Plan will never be downgraded and you will not be locked out of improvements we make to the Pro tier.
