Q: Hello.

Reason, when I go to the links for my books on there, it’s saying “restore purchase” (instead of having the link through PayPal or debit card to pay for the book like it’s supposed to) and then when I click on that it brings me to another screen that says “Please provide the email associated with your PayPal or Stripe account used for this purchase.” Why is it doing that? That may have caused me to miss out on some sales already.

A: Hello,

The reason for this occurrence is that we don't prompt users to register for the stores. To regain access to purchases, users must input the email address associated with the account used for payment.
